1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Restaurant Spain's website, services, and dining facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We require the following:

  • Reservations for parties of 6 or more require a credit card guarantee
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
  • No-shows for guaranteed reservations will be charged $25 per person
  • We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.

A 18% gratuity will be automatically added to parties of 8 or more. Additional gratuity is at the discretion of the guest.

4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens.

Guests with severe allergies should inform our staff before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

5. Private Events & Catering

Private event bookings require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

Cancellation policy for private events:

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
  • 15-29 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 15 days: No refund of deposit

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and recipes, is the property of Restaurant Spain and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Restaurant Spain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or dining at our establishment.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
